Family Move Fit is operated by Fedor Dorodnov, a registered service provider in Argentina. Notices and other communications may be sent to hello@familymovefit.com.

Family Move Fit is an independent, founder-operated relocation research service. Its research is assisted by software and reviewed by a person.

What the service does

The standard Family Move Fit Report covers one to three cities in one country. A comparison of two cities in different countries requires a separate request. The Report organizes available source data on general practical conditions, including costs, healthcare, housing, transport, safety and crime statistics, visas, residence, and taxes. Schools, childcare, children’s activities, and other child-specific topics are included only when children are part of the request. The Report identifies its sources, the date each source was checked, and material limitations in the available data.

The public request form accepts one to three cities in one country or one city in each of two countries. The applicant must then select Individual or Family. Individual means exactly one adult without children. Family means exactly two adults, with or without children. If children are included, the form requires their number and each child’s age in whole years.

Requests may be submitted through the public website. Submission does not mean that Family Move Fit can accept a request.

When the form shows a preliminary estimate and maximum Report preparation time after payment is confirmed, those values are submitted with the request. They do not mean that Family Move Fit has accepted the request, and they are not a final price or an agreed preparation time. A successful online submission confirms only receipt of the request for review. A submission that fails validation or the automated security check is not accepted or stored as a report request.

The site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics for cookie-free page-view and performance statistics. Google Analytics is optional and can run only with your permission; the Privacy Policy explains these analytics choices.

Research, not advice

Family Move Fit collects and organizes available source data. It does not assess or score cities, interpret personal relocation risk, give advice or recommendations, make forecasts, or provide legal, tax, medical, immigration, real-estate, school-placement, security, financial, or investment advice. The client is solely responsible for all assessments and the final relocation decision.

• Family Move Fit does not guarantee visas, school seats, school admission, housing availability, prices, medical outcomes, safety outcomes, or relocation success.
• You are responsible for obtaining advice from qualified professionals on personal legal, tax, medical, immigration, school-placement, and real-estate matters. City-level data does not establish the safety of a specific address.
• Sample reports and cost ranges are planning information, not live quotes or final recommendations.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate request details and notify Family Move Fit if material assumptions change.
• Use the report as a research input, not as a substitute for professional advice.
• Confirm current prices, places, availability, legal requirements applicable to your circumstances, address-specific conditions, and contract terms with the relevant organization or qualified professional.

Request review and payment

The public website does not process payments. Family Move Fit reviews each request and notifies the applicant by email whether it can accept the request.

If Family Move Fit can accept a request, the email states the price and expected Report preparation time. Research begins after payment.

Use of reports and materials

Family Move Fit reports and materials are for the internal decision process of the client who requested them. You may not resell, publish, or present them as professional legal, tax, medical, security, immigration, or real-estate advice.

The website content and structure, templates, and report formats are Family Move Fit materials.

Limitations

Relocation information may change after review. Family Move Fit identifies sources, assumptions, and limitations where applicable but does not warrant that third-party information will remain accurate after the date of review.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
