ABOUT US
Why Family Move Fit exists
Paperwork may be in order, but it cannot show a family how to build everyday life from scratch in an unfamiliar city. Family Move Fit grew from the need to understand that before the move.

What paperwork cannot tell you
After the paperwork, a family still has to find a home with enough space and a rent they can afford. It has to understand childcare and schools, find a nanny, doctors, and vaccinations, learn where to shop and what groceries, clothes, and other essentials cost, and work out how to spend free time and give the adults a break. Transport matters too, but first the family needs to know where it will need to go.
The picture changes as a child grows. A family has one routine before nursery, another when nursery begins, and has to adjust again for school and after-school activities. Things that once felt simple and familiar have to be worked out again in a new country.
How the idea started
The idea for Family Move Fit began when our founder moved from Russia to Argentina. In a new country, while still learning the language and with no friends or relatives nearby, even an ordinary family task took time to figure out. There was no familiar network and no ready answer.
Family Move Fit grew from the need to bring together the city information a family needs and see what daily life there might involve.
Why one experience is not enough
One family's move cannot tell another family what life will be like in a different city. Our founder's experience explains why we started this work. Each family needs information about the city it is considering.
That is why we research each selected city separately using available public sources.
